I am seeking a honest and dependable caregiver located near Peoria, AZ to help care for Mother. I am in need of care 4 days per week in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight. Caregiver should be able to start October 17, 2016 and days/hours are flexible. The activities of daily living performed by the caregiver will include companionship, housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, groceries & shopping, transferring & mobility, walking & exercise, managing medications, toileting, grooming, and bathing.
