Looking to hire a passionate caregiver to take care of Father, located near Phoenix, AZ. I need support Monday afternoon, Monday evening, Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday evening, Friday afternoon, and Friday evening. Ideally 24.0 hours per week of care would start January 28, 2020. The caregiver will be responsible for performing the following: walking & exercise, transferring & mobility, and groceries & shopping. Requires the caregiver to live-in.
