I am seeking a dedicated and punctual caregiver located near Phoenix, AZ to help care for Father. I am in need of help Monday afternoon, Monday evening, Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday evening, Friday afternoon, and Friday evening. I would like the assistance to begin January 28, 2020 and estimate 24.0 hours per week. Duties and responsibilities of the caregiver will include walking & exercise, transferring & mobility, and groceries & shopping. Requires the caregiver to live-in.
