CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near San Francisco, CA. Care is needed flexible on days prefer between the hours of 10am to 2pm and caregiver should be able to start on 1/21. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional bathing (helping get in/out of shower h/5'3"), grooming (assistance with getting dressed), transferring/mobility (assistance with getting up from chair walking alongside for support), companionship (visit with them member who is homebound used to have an interest in art/read mysteries), possible exercise (walking), occasional transportation ( medical appt, run errands), light houskeeping (dusting, change bed linens, laundry, sweep/mop, clean bathroom, kitchen).
