Looking for a caregiver with EXPERIENCE with ALS patients. Patient is a quadriplegic. This could lead to more hours. Necessities include help with all ADLs, cooking dinner 3-4 nights per week for 3 kids, transfers (140 pounds), transportation to appointments and work. Use of a feeding tube is over the horizon. Apartment is sunny, pleasant and wheelchair accessible. Hospital bed, Hoyer lift and other mechanical aids available.
