CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Torrance, CA. Care is needed looking for someone to start on 5/30 from 5pm t0 8:30pm and other days and times tbd upon hire with caregiver and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( stand by encourage member to bath assist with getting clothes out and towels), companionship ( visit with member go for short walks member loves to crochet, play games word searches), meal prep (simple meals), light housekeeping ( wipe down kitchen wash dishes after meal prep, dust, change bed linens).
