Looking to hire a honest, punctual, and loyal caregiver to take care of my congenial, music-loving, witty father, located near Agoura Hills, CA. He suffers from Lewy-Body Dementia with Parkinson's. Must have experience / training with memory care patients. Flexible schedule and hours, anywhere from part-time to full-time, including overnight options. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: light housekeeping, medication (paramedical services authorized by IHSS), meal prep, feeding assistance, transportation to/from doctor's appointments, companionship, transferring & mobility, toileting, grooming, and bathing. Only serious applicants will be considered. Provider will need to be registered with IHSS prior to beginning employment. All time sheets would be submitted to IHSS LA County.
