We are a small, high-quality Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in Orange looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our team. This is not a large facility or agency — you’ll work in a calm, respectful home environment with a consistent resident group. Available Shifts Friday/Saturday: 7a-7p Wednesday/Thursday 7p-7a Pay Day Shift: $22–$23/hr Awake Night: $23–$24/hr 12-hour shifts (Alternative Workweek Schedule compliant with California labor law) (pay based on experience and reliability) Responsibilities Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers) Medication reminders (per RCFE guidelines) Prepare simple, nutritious meals Light housekeeping and laundry Maintain a clean, safe environment Accurate documentation and communication Treat residents with dignity and patience What We’re Looking For Caregiving experience preferred (RCFE, home care, or similar) Reliable attendance (this is very important to us) Calm, professional demeanor Comfortable working independently (especially nights) Ability to follow care plans and house routines English required; bilingual is a plus Meals provided during shifts Start Date: We are currently completing licensing and build-out. Interviews are happening now, with an anticipated June start date. Ideal for caregivers planning a transition and looking for a stable, long-term position.
