CareLinx and UHC are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for caregivers near Elk Grove, CA. Care is needed for 4 hours a week on the days Wednesdays and Saturdays for 2 hours 8am - 10am. Caregiver should be able to start as soon as possible. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan through use of digital care plans. Primary role would be light housekeeping, bathing, assistance dressing, grooming, light meal prep, and transferring and mobility.
