Mom is in the middle stages of Alzheimer's. She is mostly mobile and continent. Currently she is experiencing confusion and anxiety, but when engaged in exercise or chatting, she can calm down. We have written schedules/routines for all shifts. Housekeeping- making both beds, laundry, keeping bathrooms clean, emptying trash. making and serving meals, cleaning kitchen. Physical Therapy - twice a day, variety of exercises are written. Personal care - showering, toileting, brushing teeth Medication- Administration only, Tylenol, Lidocaine patches for Mom's Arthritis and scoliosis. Dad is independent and does not need care. Sunday 8:30-1:30, 2:30-8 Monday 8:30-1:30 Thursday 8:30-1:30, 2:30-8 Friday 8:30-1:30 Thank you
