My mother is a woman in her 70s living with Lewy body dementia. She lives at home with her husband and is surrounded by a devoted and supportive family. She requires full assistance at all times and is supported by dedicated caregivers. She benefits from calm, consistent care and warm caregiving. She needs hands-on support with daily activities including medication management, bathing, feeding, and mobility. Assistance with meal preparation and light household tidying is also required. Patience and being a team player are very important to her well-being. We have a well-established routine led by a primary caregiver who will provide training and guidance. We are seeking someone patient, kind, and dependable, experienced in dementia care, who speaks to her with dignity and respect.
