Tasks Need care M-F mornings. He wears adult diapers and soils them regularly with urine but not feces [urine sometimes soaks through to clothes so needs reminder to change diapers. Bedding sometimes soils due to full diapers. He can walk, feed himself, get in and out of bed and toilet. He can bathe, but needs prompts. He has a house cleaner who comes weekly but needs light housekeeping. See partial list below Daily Tasks Medication management, wearing clean diapers and clothes, and laundering soiled clothes bedding, light housework primarily laundering. Assist scheduling GoGoGrandparent Uber rides as needed Help him with tidying up – especially scattered papers Take out trash and recycling and dirty diapers as needed Change bed sheets if needed. Make sure cats are fed and litter cleaned Check his phone for voice mail and important messages Check mail for official correspondence, especially bills Scheduling and taking him to medical appointments. Make dinner twice weekly that he can eat throughout the week. Make it even if he says no. Assist him on phone calls when his symptoms of dementia interfere with his memory of the conversation (like on troubleshooting calls, customer service calls, etc). Assist him with any technological problems or issues he struggles to understand, such as internet service and cell phone concerns. Care of cats and vet visits as needed. Help him with light chores: make bed, tidying up, dishes, and garbage. Assist with online ordering Check for stocked household necessities (such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
