Seeking one female caregiver to assist both husband and wife in the home. Both clients experience memory impairment and are considered fall risks. The husband has an upcoming outpatient injection procedure; however, he has not had a qualifying recent hospital discharge. Care Needs: Mobility assistance (both clients are fall risks) Medication reminders Companionship Transportation, if needed Light Housekeeping (LHK) Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: Afternoon availability Friday: 2–3 hour visits Frequency: Twice weekly Home Environment: 1 small dog (approximately 6 lbs) Non-smoking home Additional Notes: Discussed the private pay option, as the husband is not eligible for post-discharge benefits due to not having a qualifying recent hospital discharge. Client would like to negotiate the caregiver pay rate to $30/hour. Female caregiver preferred. Please apply if interested. A client interview is required before hire.
