Seek active, dependable, hands-on caregiver to help total care patient. Dad has Parkinson's Plus & needs help at home, located in Thousand Oaks, CA. He needs help with ADL's (activities of daily living), feeding tube & Trach care. DUTIES: - Lift Device Transfers - Manage Feeding Tube - Meds via GJ-tube - Oral Suction - Trach Care - Nebulize - Activities/Games - Diaper/Grooming - Supervise Safety - Laundry PREFER: - Medical knowledge/experience/bkgd - CNA &/or Nurse training - CPR, First Aid trained - Pass background check/References Please read entire ad before replying.
