Job description: Searching for 1 female caregiver. I am a disabled female living in Cupertino, CA and I have a full time job. I need a caregiver for 2 evening shifts. ( 3.5 hours each evening for a total of 7 hours per week). Days and hours are:. Evening hours are 7:30 pm to 11 pm. (2 nights per week); Monday & Thursday Duties include meal preparation and putting me to bed at night. Personal care includes toileting all days. Light housekeeping, and occasional shopping for larger items as needed. Transferring using an electric Hoyer lift from bed, shower chair and wheelchair. Free covered parking space is provided. Caregiver must have their own transportation. Care Needs: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming - Light Housekeeping - Meal Preparation - Transfer Assistance - Occasional shopping - Toileting and Incontinence.
