CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Santa Clarita, CA. Care is needed for a husband and wife, Tues/Fri alternating schedule for 4 hrs per shift. Tuesdays are for husband, with some flexibility between 10-4pm and Fridays for wife between 10-2 preferred, and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation/Errands, Companionship, Meal Prep Assistance, Help Putting on Shoes, take out for walks, take couple out to lunch. All COVID Vaccinated applicants will be considered. Caregiver must wear a mask. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
