CR David Joseph Kalich, has dementia and has a background of wondering around no sundown not aggressive, Cr can shower himself and toileting just need supervision so Cr won't fall, meal are prep no need to cook Cr no food allergy. CM will handle the meal since CR will be staying at the hotel and CG will have his/ her own bed. 24 hours shift and need 2 caregiver who will do 12 hrs shift each 1st Caregiver - morning schedule start time 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Mon - Sun 2nd caregiver - evning schedule start time 6:30 pm - 6:30 am Mon- sun CM is okay if we find a CG wh can do 24 hrs shift
