CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver in San Luis obispo CA 93401 . Care shift days can be flexible and caregiver should be able to start on ASA{ . The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing / Grooming assistance cutting nails for member , light transfer/Mobility assistance , toileting assistance Meal prep, companionship while wife is out of home. This job is approximately 2 hours shift 8 shift total- 8 hours total yearly . Schedule TBD once member and CG connect. 16 hours total, All applicants will be considered. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans.
