Need a dedicated, responsible, and trustworthy caregiver located near San Jose, CA to help care for Mother. Daughter is main caregiver but has become overwhelmed as mom's health has been declining. Looking for support to offset the caregiving responsibilities. Duties will include: help with taking medications; meal prep, light housekeeping, (possibly bathing), dressing & grooming, toileting, monitoring physical condition/communicating anything concerning to family, and transferring & mobility. Experience with ostomy patients is helpful. Being a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is a definite plus. Apply now and be one of the first to be considered for this great opportunity!
