URGENT: Need reliable caregiver for elderly father with ileostomy. Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA What We Need: On-demand visits (1-2 hours as needed) Ileostomy bag changes and basic care 24/7 emergency availability (especially 1am-6am) Quick response time for urgent situations Requirements: ✅ Experience with ileostomy/ostomy care preferred ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Positive, caring attitude ✅ Female caregivers preferred Example: 3am emergency - dad's ileostomy bag leaked. Need immediate help with cleanup and bag change. Compensation: 💰 Excellent pay + emergency bonuses 💰 Extra pay for: night calls, travel time, quick response 💰 Money is NOT an issue - we pay well for quality care This is NOT live-in care or regular shifts - only when needed!
