In search of a patient, dedicated, and punctual caregiver to assist me with on two fronts: (a) to participate as a Peer Treatment Monitor (PTM) in the Mindbloom program and (b) to assist me with day-to-day medical related errands, i.e. picking up medications, driving to doctor's appointments or treatment centers. For part (a), please read the following: Mindbloom is a program where a patient self-administers an anesthetic drug to treat their diagnosed disorder. Because the drug is a disassociatve anesthetic, it is important to have someone else present during the in-home treatment. The patient remains in a private room during the treatment and the Peer Treatment Monitor (PTM) occasionally checks-in to monitor the patient's wellbeing. The program requires that the PTM first meet with the patient and a member of the Mindbloom program over a video call so the details of the PTM responsibilities can be discussed in detail. Once the PTM agrees to participate and demonstrates they understand the responsibilities, the patient will schedule one or more treatment times on days when the PTM can be present to assist with the treatment. --- For part (b), I occasionally need to perform medical errands such as: - Driving from home/work to collection of medications - Assistance with shopping outside of the home - Assistance with some in-home duties such as moving or selling furniture, organising deliveries or returns (i.e. taking packages to the post office/UPS store) - Driving to doctor's appointments or clinics for treatment and being taken back home/to work again - Occasionally being driven to / from work on "bad" days
