CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Sacramento, CA. Care is needed days and times flexible and to be determined upon hire and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 8 ours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: transferring/mobility/ gait belt bathing (walk in shower w/chair), dressing, toileting (getting to the bathroom/incontinences supplies), running errands, meal prep (simple meals), light housekeeping, medication reminders, help with computer and phone, and companionship) All applicants will be considered.
