CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a anygender caregiver near Sacramento, CA. Care is needed Wednesdays and Saturdays and caregiver should be able to start soon. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Mem is 5'7" and weighs 210 lbs Bathes outside- Transfer into shower bench to shower chair and then use Hoyer lift to put him back on the chair, Help dressing him (Wife helps) showering and dressing. Transfer him to bed and to chair, Light Housekeeping - change bed linen, cleaning the dishes or put in dishwasher, dust, vacuum, mop clean the bathroom,. lift him from commode and back to chair, .
