CareLinx is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Secure a stable opportunity with us and extend your care immediately. On the job, you will be helping with the preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan. You will also collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs. You will be administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers, and lastly, instructing patients regarding procedures and managing patient flow. To be hired, you must be actively licensed as a Vocational Nurse, have a CPR or BLS Certification, have results for a Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year), and have at least three months of experience as an LVN.
