Private family seeking an experienced floating caregiver to work Mon–Fri, 9–6. This role is unique, you will support the same family but may be scheduled at different locations depending on their daily needs. Care involves multiple seniors at various stages of dementia, along with other health concerns. This is not a position for just anyone, it requires the capacity, adaptability, and skill of a top-quality caregiver. At times you will serve as the primary caregiver, and at other times as a caregiver family assistant, ensuring seamless support wherever needed. Duties include all ADLs & IADLs, transfers, charting, and maintaining care routines with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. CNA/HHA/HCA certification, CPR, vaccination, clean driving record, ability to sign an NDA. Spanish speaking. plus a $3,000 hire bonus
