Looking for a patient caregiver near Sunnyvale, CA to take care of My Grandmother and Grandfather. Help is needed Mondays to Sundays 9 AM - 2 PM and/or 4 PM - 9 PM (Flexible 5 hours). I would like the assistance to begin ASAP and estimate 35 hours per week. Duties and responsibilities of the caregiver will include bathing, Dressing and Grooming, Toileting, Meal Prep, Groceries and Shopping, Transfering and Mobility, Exercise, Transportation, and Companionship.
