CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near, Bellflower, CA . Care is needed once weekly would like to talk to the CG and decide. This job is approximately 2hrs or 3hrs/ 4hrs once a week/ 8hrs Twice a month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Light Housekeeping - Help with Laundry, change bed linen, Transportation doc appt (having a catract surgery at 3300 E South St #105Lakewood, CA 90805), take her to Costco at 500 Lakewood Center Mall, Lakewood, CA 90712, might be to PCP /ENT.
