Looking for a trustworthy, empathetic, and dependable caregiver near Thousand Oaks, CA to take care of Father-in-law. I am in need of assistance 3-4 days per week in the morning and afternoon. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and some Saturdays, 11:00am to 6:00pm a bit flexible. Ideally 30.0 hours per week of care would start April 01, 2019. The activities of daily living performed by the caregiver will include companionship, housekeeping, transferring & mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, toileting, grooming, and bathing.
