This job is approximately 16 hours per month and shifts will be 4 hours long. Every Wednesday for 4hrs in the morning You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: transportation for errands, light housekeeping/laundry, projects, meal prep, assistance w/bathing
