Live-In Home Care Needed for My Mother - Simi Valley (Room & Board Provided) We are looking for a dependable live-in caregiver for my 89-year-old mother in Simi Valley. Room and board are provided. We are ideally looking for coverage 5 nights per week with flexible daytime support. This is a long-term position for someone who is kind, patient, and also confident/strong in maintaining routines. About My Mother; She has dementia but is still physically able to do most daily tasks independently. The main challenge is motivation and consistency with self-care. She tends to: Sit and watch TV for long periods Resist or delay simple care tasks Need encouragement to stay active and engaged She is social and enjoys talking with people Key Responsibilities Companionship and daily engagement Encourage movement, activity, and & transportation.
