CareLinx and Kaiser are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Lakewood, CO 80215. Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of only afternoon 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Client is flexible to start any day only afternoon shifts. This job is approximately - hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry - Good cleaning skills required, Meal Preparation - CG help client in the kitchen (client specialized in Italian food) , Transferring & Mobility - CG is needed in the store for Transferring & Mobility since she need to be push in a wheelchair (Tranportation is provided), Companionship & Communication - if possible light gardening (watering garden outside).
