CareLinx and Kaiser Permanente are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Arvada, CO. Care is needed approximately four times/week for 2 hours in the afternoons, flexible days. This job is approximately 8 hours/week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Kaiser through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of the caregiver will be light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, meal prep (cooking meals to be frozen i.e. soups, casseroles, etc.), med reminders, communication/schedule reminders, husband will need assistance getting out of the bathtub, getting out of bed, transfers/mobility, stand by assistance when walking with walker/cane.
