Client is a post-surgical individual recovering from recent neck surgery laminectomy with fusion from C2 to T2 (05/14-05/29 discharge) and is currently following physician restrictions including no bending, lifting, or twisting (BLT precautions). Client is required to wear a neck brace for 3 months during recovery. Client requires assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and general in-home support. Schedule: Monday-Friday 1 hour per visit Twice weekly (AM/PM flexible scheduling) Duration: 2-3 months (short-term recovery support) Caregiver Requirements: Female caregiver preferred Experience with post-surgical care and mobility precautions preferred Comfortable working in a home with pets (2 cats) Non-smoker preferred (smoking not allowed in the home) Responsibilities Include: Meal preparation House keeping Cat boxes Assistance applying lotion and basic personal care General ADL support within BLT restrictions Providing supervision and companionship as needed during recovery
