Need a nurturing, punctual, and empathetic caregiver located near Guilford, CT to help care for about a day and a half for post surgery. I will be undergoing surgery under general anesthesia starting at 6:45 AM (approximately 4 hours). The surgeon requires a responsible adult to sign me out after surgery and stay with me for about 24 hours during recovery. Responsibilities: • Meet me at discharge and accompany me to nearby recovery lodging. • Remain available overnight and assist with basic post-operative needs (medication reminders, hydration, meals, etc.). • Accompany me to my follow-up appointment the next day. • Drive me home afterward (approximately 80 miles / 1.5 hours).
