CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near White plains, NY to Dobbs, NY. Care is needed Wednesday and caregiver should be able to start on March 13th. This job is approximately 3-4 hours for this ONE visit. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: March 13th- pick up poss 8am for registration procedure @ poss 10am/pick up afterward procedure approx a 1hrs (could be shorter) recovery after procedure-please be available for pick up if any w/poss delays to be available . All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
