CareLinx and the VA are partnering to provide thousands of Veterans with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver/homecare aide near Laurel, MD. Care is needed on Saturdays from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM and Sundays from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (NON-NEGOTIABLE) and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 10 hours per weekend. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing (veteran takes sponge baths), grooming (getting dressed), toileting (veteran wears adult underwear and needs cleaned and changed), light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, and medication reminders.
