CareLinx and United Healthcare are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a strong, covid vaccinated caregiver near Jacksonville, FL to assist a couple. Care schedule is flexible and dependant upon transportation and housekeeping needs, as well as some assist in helping husband in and out of car and the caregiver should be able to start ASAP. Hours per week may vary but the maximum monthly work hours will be 32 hours. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Light Meal Prep: Light Housekeeping: Transportation, and mobility help for husband. All applicants will be considered.
