We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced bilingual caregiver (English/Spanish) to provide in-home care for two aging adults who wish to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their home. Schedule * Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Flexible ) * 4 hours per day (12 hours per week) * Compensation: $24 hourly rate * Start Date: August 31, 2026 Responsibilities * Support the preparation of meals from Dominican cuisine. * Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and all activities of daily living (ADLs). * Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Schedule medical transportation through medical transportation provider (no driving or payment responsibilities required). * Accompany both individuals to medical appointments and assist with communication when appropriate. * Provide medication reminders. * Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to the family. Qualifications * Fluent in English and Spanish (required). * Minimum of 7 years of professional caregiving experience. * Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Medical Assistant (MA) is required. * Experience working with aging adults who have complex medical or cognitive needs is strongly preferred. * Patient, compassionate, dependable, organized, and respectful. * Excellent references and a successful background check are required.
