Job Description

Part-Time Home Care Companion Needed – Vienna, GA We are seeking a kind, dependable caregiver to assist with the care of my 88-year-old mother in our home in Vienna, Georgia. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week, approximately 3 days weekly) with an ASAP start. My mother is largely independent. She dresses, bathes, and uses the restroom on her own. What she needs most is supportive presence, light assistance, and someone trustworthy who will treat her with patience, dignity, and genuine care. This is a great position for someone who enjoys seniors and companionship-based caregiving. Formal CNA certification is not required, but some caregiving experience is strongly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Light companionship and conversation * Meal preparation & food rotation * Light housekeeping and laundry * Transportation to errands and occasional appointments * Helping keep the home organized and safe * Gentle reminders and general supervision for safety THIS PERSON MUST BE: * Nurturing and patient * Reliable and punctual * Trustworthy and respectful * A good communicator * Comfortable providing transportation (valid driver’s license required) This is not a heavy medical care position — it is about helping an elder remain comfortable, safe, and supported at home while maintaining her independence.
