Looking for a empathetic, reliable, and experienced caregiver near Decatur, GA to take care of our Mother. We are looking for a live-in caregiver for 5 days a week, with weekends off. Schedule desired is Sunday evening 7:00 pm through Friday at 12:00 pm. We would like to start November 18, 2019. Caregiver's duties will include monitoring transfers & mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, housekeeping, encouraging pt exercises and walking practice, grooming, bathing, and companionship. This position requires a live-in caregiver. Dedicated and serious applicants only. Mom is intelligent and well loved in her community after a life of work in social justice activism and mission work in Central America. She prefers a quiet atmosphere and enjoys reading most of the time. Needs a respectful care-giver who encourages her to be self sufficient while guarding her safety.
