Looking For A Dedicated Caregiver in Locust Grove, GA

Job Description

Seeking assistance elderly father (81). He had a stroke several years ago. He was mobile, until early 2025. A series of hospital visits, pneumonia and a bacterial infection, resulted in a rapid decline. His other big issues are gout, congestion heart failure, and depression (due to medical circumstances). He's currently being cared for by my mother (80). Her insistence that she was still capable of his care, after this latest decline, has resulted in the decline of her health. She is mobile, but has started to deal with inflammation issues. Her elderly brother also lives with them. It is a quiet, clean household. They do not smoke, drink or use foul language. We need someone to help administer oral meds, lite cleaning, within in his room (such as changing sheets), assistance with getting him up, dressing, incontinence (although he's capable of using a urinal, and has used a portable pot, with assistance in placement), assistance bathing, some assistance/help with feeding, and maybe some arm/leg exercises. He is not a combative patient. My mom can tend to herself and her brother, but would likely love to have some verbal companionship. We are looking for 3-4 hours per day, for approximately 5 days per week. We can provide schedule/time flexibility. We're looking for a near immediate start. We'd like to hear your persective, daily arrival and departure times, based upon your proximity to their home (Locust Grove), and/or yourotherjob/school responsibilities.
