CR is the mother she is 98 yrs old . She needs assistance in bathing, toileting, assistance in walking, meal preparation, light house keeping. She wants a female caregiver that is covid 19 vaccinated. The schedule would be 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm - Saturdays and Sundays (tentative) and start date is Sept 14. CM will provide the complete address during interview.
