Opportunity for a compassionate, empathetic, and reliable caregiver located near Newnan, GA to help care for Father with Alzheimers. I am in need of support 2 days per for a few hours a day. Caregiver should be able to start soon and is expected to work 5-8 hours per week. We have flexibility. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. Only serious applicants will be considered. Please note he may be resistant to a new person in the home, as he does not believe there is anything wrong with him. He can currently dress and bathe himself, although sometimes clothes are inside out. He is not a runner. He is resistant to social interactions outside the home but is a social person who loves animals and children.
