my niece (28 yrs. old) has ALS. She's bed bound, on a ventilator and has a feeding tube. She can't move nor communicate. She needs 24-hr. care. will possibly need 2 caregivers, to start at 8am till about 1pm or 2pm, the second caregiver to come in about 1 or 2pm to 8pm, caregivers can alternate shifts accordingly.
