Care is needed once weekly Tue Nov 21st 9am and Nov 28th at 8:30am in the morning for 2hrs each shift . This job is approximately 2hrs weekly once a week Short Term Job for 3 weeks. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: If needed help with shower, cut toe nails, Transportation to doc appointment on 21st Nov 9am to 1200 Shermer Rd Northbrook, IL 60062 and On Nov 28th at 8:30am IF TIME PERMITS to 259 E Erie St Chicago, IL 60611 , Light Housekeeping - dust, vacuum, mop clean the All applicants will be considered.
