Job Description

Looking for a reliable caregiver near Chicago, IL to take care of Wife who has had 3 spinal surgeries. Assistance is needed on Thursday-November 19, 11am- 3pm, Friday-November 20, 1:30pm - 5:30pm and Monday-November 23,10:30am - 2:30pm. Client just needs someone to provide transportation for them and also some assistance in getting her wife in and out of the car.
