Chronically ill (heds, pots), nuerodivergent (lvl 2 autistic, adhd, cptsd) YOUNG adult (late 20s) in need of personalized care. Starting Rate Flexible, paying out of pocket right now, IDHS/ medicaid paid care soon. NEED: creating and maintaining suitable care systems in the home, managing home care, admin and documentation of symptoms, support with eating and hydrating, some personal care, transportation, doctor appointment support, emotional co-regulation, etc. They need a low stim, quiet, clean, sensory friendly environment with low demands. MUST WEAR COVID MASK ON SHIFT. Ideal if you live nearby and can be available for emergency chronic illness flares. Prefer long term and to have your own car on shift. YOU: can accommodate nonverbal communication, reading and comprehension skills high, honor and respect boundaries, good memory or will write things down to make sure needs get met and remembered, adapt to dynamic disability. Hours (days, time, quantity) flexible!
