!!!We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care in Cook, DuPage, and lake Counties, IL !!! Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals. Bonuses for referrals Skills Proven experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or social work is preferred. Knowledge of senior care practices, home health services, and CPR techniques is highly valued. Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Ability to maintain a clean living space while ensuring safety standards are met. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules in different environments such as group homes or private residences. Requirements: High School diploma or GED, 1 YEAR of caregiving experience, ability to read/speak/write English Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required. successfully pass employment background checks, reference checks, TB proof of screening and must show proof of employment eligibility in the United States (sponsorship is not available). Must have reliable transportation, valid IL driver's license OR state ID. For training purposes, must possess basic proficiency on Smartphone/computer.
