CareLinx and United Healthcare are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Simpsonville, KY. Caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 20 or 10 hours per shift per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to United Healthcare through the use of digital care plans. My husband is 90 yrs old, has dementia, and is bedfast. Primary duties of this caregiver will be bathing, turning, diaper changes, and bed linen changes. He sleeps most of the time and sometimes has trouble speaking clearly. He is not incontinent and can use the urinal and bed pan. We have prepackaged food for meals that require only microwaving. He can feed himself sometimes but may need help with loading the fork/spoon. Light housekeeping is optional. I actually need a morning shift (10 - noon) and an evening shift (5 - 7) Monday - Friday. Will consider two caregivers or one willing to do a split shift. All applicants will be considered.
