CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Plainfield, MA. Care is needed days and times to be determined upon hire and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is 12 hours total with first visit around 5 hours total with additional days/times to be discussed with caregiver. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: light housekeeping (vacuum, laundry, do dishes), transportation (follow member to mechanic to drop off car and take member to pick up car from mechanic about 40 minutes away).
